Karate
for Kids®
Karate for Kids is a national program
for students ages 3 to 14, who learn traditional martial arts
in a safe, fun, and disciplined environment. Karate for Kids
gives children an activity outside of typical team sports-
here there are no bench warmers or competitive parents. Tiny
Tigers ®, is part of the national kids’ program.
Tiny Tigers are 3 to 6 year-olds who attend energetic classes
designed for preschool learning ability.
Most of our afternoon and early evening
classes are separated by belt color to offer a motivating
workout at the right level of challenge. Parents are encouraged
to join their Karate Kids in class; you’ll enjoy the
positive family atmosphere.
The building blocks for our children’s programs are
life skills taught in monthly themes like:
respect
honor confidence focus attitude perseverance
goals integrity discipline self-esteem

Adult
Programs
Our adult program includes men and
women who start at any age. Even students who join as late
as age 65 can persevere and earn their Black Belt! The adult
program includes adult-only evening classes that emphasize
fitness, self-defense, and personal goal-setting.

Black
Belt Leadership Program

become leaders at home, at school or work, and in the community.
The greatest benefit is confidence- having courage to say
no to drugs, to make tough daily decisions, and to be the

Energy
in Motion
Energy in Motion is a no-impact exercise program that uses
Yang style Tai Chi, Chi Quong, and meditation along with strengthening
and stretching. These classes are perfect for stress relief
and overall health. Free for Leadership students, and available
for a small fee to all others who wish to join in.
ATA
Xtreme

Join the Revolution! Xtreme Martial Arts is a performance-oriented
system that emphasizes intense focus, powerful fast technique.
Eventually students will begin to master advanced flying kicks,
gymnastics, and weapons according to the student’s ability.
This is an exciting, motivating program for anyone in our
Leadership Program, and especially recommended for students
ages 10-29.
Competition
Team
“It is how we respond to the obstacles
in life that makes us who we are.” –
Eternal Grand Master H.U. Lee
In the spirit of personal victory, ATA offers closed-circuit
tournaments where competitors from ATA schools are judged
on the same curriculum with judges trained to use the same
criteria. ATA tournament rules place safety as its highest
priority. Regional and National tournaments both create a
sense of family as individuals challenge themselves and encourage
one another. Competition is a great opportunity for increasing
skills as well as boosting confidence. Appropriate levels
of competition are available for Tiny Tigers, new students,
intermediate students, high ranks, and even advanced athletes
who compete for international Top Ten and State Champion points.
